What to expect from a 90-minute class with Guinevere

Each class begins with a period of settling and focussing on the breath. This allows you to fully arrive and start to let go of the preoccupations you arrive with.

Asanas (postures) form the body of the class. You will learn ways to sit, stand and lie with comfort and ease. From these foundations, and depending on experience and health, you will learn practices that are safe and appropriate to you. There is a gradual progression as the weeks go by, always building on what has come before.

Yoga Nidra rounds off the class. This is a traditional, and very powerful, guided relaxation practice. It is practised lying down for between 10 to 20 minutes after which you will be gently brought back to the room.

Pre-booking is essential so that I can send you a health questionnaire for you to return to me before attending class.

Cost: £8 per class or £35 for five consecutive classes.
